A Case of Osteochondroma of Kidney

Abstract
|

|
The patient was a 34-year-old Korean.womau who had anorexia, weight loss, Join pain with intermittent hematuria for about six months.
The tumor developed in the left kidney showed complete obliteration of the parenchyma replaced by hard grayish -white tissues
Microscopic study of sections revealed large groups of cartilagenous cells separated by spindle-shaped cells of osteoid tissue, and some of the osteoid tissues disclosing deposits of, calcium.
